Job Overview: The Customer Support Specialist addresses and resolves reputed company customer questions and issues and provides the best customer experience possible. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer support tickets, including answering questions and resolving issues reputed company to existing orders

- Ability to transcribe information, review an order, investigate issues and implement solutions
