Fractional Social Media Strategist (reputed company & Growth Direction | 5–15 hrs/week)

We are a career coaching and HR consulting business serving high-achieving corporate leaders and small business owners. Our brand is established, premium, and service-based. This is not a startup, not a personal brand in its infancy, and not a mass-market content operation. We are looking for a Social Media Strategist who can operate at a senior, strategic level, someone who can reputed company, diagnose, and direct, not just recommend surface-level best practices. This role is not responsible for ongoing content production such as posting, graphic design, or video editing. You will be responsible for: - Strategic reputed company and approval of monthly content calendars before anything goes live. - Reviewing copy, tone, and messaging to ensure alignment with a high-ticket, executive brand. - Analyzing platform analytics weekly and identifying patterns that drive engagement, authority, and booked calls. - Providing clear direction and leadership to an existing offshore creative team. - Making confident recommendations on what to start, stop, continue, or eliminate based on performance. - Developing platform-specific strategy across reputed company, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Threads, with reputed company as a primary reputed company driver. - Translating content into funnel support — awareness to trust to reputed company conversations. - Delivering monthly performance insights and quarterly strategic plans with clear KPIs. - Staying reputed company on platform changes, algorithm shifts, and content behavior, and explaining why recommendations matter. This role is about thinking, diagnosing, and leading, not executing tasks.
