The Job
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex Vail & Beaver Creek, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests in the Vail Valley. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Interacting with customers by delivering equipment rentals to their accommodations
- Offering support services throughout their stay
- Picking up equipment after their final day on the mountain
- Maintaining a clean and organized shop environment
- Restocking vans with extra equipment
- Answering and making calls to our customers

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic ski tuning and waxing skills (training provided)
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service or a reputed company field
- Knowledge of ski and snowboard equipment and maintenance
- Ability to speak multiple languages (a plus)
