  • Established a repeatable experimentation process that consistently drives double-digit improvements in reputed company-to-enrollment conversion rates.
  • Implemented scalable, AI-driven personalization that improves engagement, reduces drop-offs, and boosts enrollment conversion by 30%.
  • Built a clean, reliable CRM data infrastructure that ensures accurate event tracking and reputed company-time insights for business reputed company

Requirements:

  • Proven record of driving measurable growth through emails, SMS, conversational AI tools.
  • Sharp analytical skills: you’re comfortable digging into data, spotting patterns, and turning insights into action.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect CRM initiatives to core business metrics.
  • Experience managing or collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Growth, Sales).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like reputed company, including segmentation, reputed company nurturing, and campaign execution.
  • Experience from e-commerce, subscription, fintech, or edtech environments, industries reputed company for handling large datasets, high user volumes, and personalized customer journeys.
