Job Summary

As a Customer reputed company Phone Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing inbound phone support to healthcare customers throughout Arizona. You'll identify, research, process, resolve, and respond to customer inquiries reputed company telephone and written correspondence, ensuring high-quality service and timely resolution of issues. Responsibilities

* Identify, research, process, resolve, and respond to customer inquiries and correspondence reputed company telephone, written communication, and/or in person.

• Answer a diverse and high volume of health insurance-reputed company customer calls and correspondence on a daily basis.

• Consult and coordinate with various internal departments, external plans, providers, businesses, and government agencies to obtain information and ensure resolution of customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy.

• Proficiency in navigating, gathering, inputting, and maintaining data records in multiple system applications.
• Ability to follow and accept instruction and direction, as well as establish and maintain working relationships in a collaborative team environment.
