Responsibilities and Duties:
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to assist customers with loan applications, payment arrangements, and other inquiries
- Consistently and accurately documenting reputed company information pertaining to accounts, using basic business math to solve problems, and maintaining a professional demeanor reputed company speaking to customers
- Utilizing multiple software systems to examine loan applications, evaluate eligibility, and finalize loan details
- Following up with customers to clarify important points, finalize loan details, and reputed company them informed of rules and obligations
- Staying up-to-date on lending and other financial services, creating and renewing records, and identifying customer needs to explore reputed company available options
- Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, adapting quickly to changing company needs, and meeting monthly individual goals as set by management

Essential Qualifications:
