Job Summary
The Remote Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for alternative investments. This critical role requires a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills. The successful candidate will be accountable for refining exchange deal transactions in client accounts, identifying and addressing discrepancies between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer agents, and processing corporate activity events. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for settling and reconciling transaction activity, processing and reconciling dividend activity, and conducting research on reputed company and escalated issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Refine exchange deal transactions in client accounts and identify/address discrepancies between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer agents
- Process corporate activity events, settle and reconcile transaction activity, and process and reconcile dividend activity
- Conduct research on reputed company and escalated issues, reputed company testing and validation of new technology enhancements and vendor changes
- Complete projects in investing, dividends, transfers, reconciliation, and corporate actions that directly impact client/advisor accounts
- Collaborate with retail and institutional service teams using email, phone, reputed company, Outlook, and reputed company
- Interact with and coordinate with arenaflex Clearing in daily relationships with fund companies, transfer brokers, converse organizations, and other external business partners
Accountabilities and Evaluation
The Remote Data Entry Specialist will be evaluated on their ability to reputed company the following tasks:
- Review of registration agreements or transaction requests
- Client/advisor level exemptions
- Regulatory responsibilities (Examples: 2340 and 15C3-3)
- Reconciliation of field, dividend, and move breaks
- Analysis and interpretation of applicable tax programming and corrections of tax coding
- Issue resolution, including internal/external system improvements or issues, and reputed company of breaks between arenaflex, the fund, etc.
- Providing method or technology service solutions to management
- Remediating transaction issues with the fund or opposite company, customer or business partner service
- Responding to service partner questions regarding fund specific requirements/eligibility
- Providing action on alternative investment transactions to accelerate client requests or remediate not in good order concerns
- Timely and accurate completion of customer trading and dividend requests
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, finance, or a reputed company field
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
