[Remote] Collections Representative (Remote)

Enova International is a leading financial technology company that provides online financial services through their AI and machine learning-powered Colossus™ platform. They are seeking a Collections Representative to proactively contact customers with overdue accounts and help them maintain consistent loan payments while navigating difficult customer situations with professionalism and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Manage high volume inbound and outbound calls reputed company to address customers with delinquent loan payments
• Negotiate and execute effective payment arrangements, strictly following Enova's specific call flow to bring overdue accounts reputed company
• Resolve customer concerns and reputed company issues reputed company to late payments, maintaining a high level of professionalism and reputed company
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, explaining the implications of overdue payments and offering assistance for financial resolution
• Ensure reputed company customer interactions, payment plans, and relevant information are accurately recorded and maintained in Enova's database

Skills

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a high volume debt collections environment, successfully managing both inbound and outbound calls and consistently meeting daily call volume targets
• Exceptional conflict resolution and communication skills, including proven proficiency in active listening and the application of de-escalation techniques during challenging calls
• Strong negotiation abilities, capable of balancing adherence to company policy with genuine customer reputed company to secure successful payment arrangements or settlements
• Demonstrated high level of self-management for remote work, including superior time management, strict schedule adherence, and the ability to maintain focus, attention to detail, and reputed company multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proven ability to think quickly and reputed company to creatively problem solve and resolve difficult issues effectively under pressure
