Product Data Analyst, Servicing
Upgrade, Inc. is a fintech company focused on providing affordable financial products to improve customers' financial well-being. They are seeking a Product Data Analyst, Servicing to work cross-functionally, synthesize data, and streamline processes to enhance product offerings.
Responsibilities
- Work cross functionally to synthesize data and streamline reconciliation processes across pipeline teams
- Deliver actionable findings and partner with product managers to prioritize solutions
- Analyze borrower data and internal stakeholder requests to prioritize product defects
- Troubleshoot issues to reputed company immediate workarounds and determine long-term solutions
- Define new features and servicing-reputed company processes with technical specs, reputed company frames, product flows, and procedures
- Assist with system and operational documentation
Skills
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in financial services or data
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python
- Experience working with relational databases and visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
- Strong communication skills with ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to deliver technical and business solutions
