Agency Securities Lending Analyst

reputed company is a leading global bank, and they are seeking an Agency Securities Lending Analyst to facilitate the temporary transfer of securities and manage reputed company processes. The role involves transaction processing, problem resolution, and ensuring compliance with audit and control policies.

Responsibilities

• Individual mapped to this job description is responsible for securities transaction processing execution
• Typically reputed company to Securities Clearance Settlement and Derivative Operations
• This may include providing analytic support to traders
• Supports an expansive and or diverse reputed company of products services
• Follows established procedures to identify problems reputed company to securities settlement that require investigation or research
• Assists in resolving problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and will be guided by precedents
• Delivers reports to satisfy management requirements, support control activities, and the launch of products services
• Provides assistance in the implementation of process improvements
• Minimizes risk to the bank through increased knowledge of procedural requirements - understands and monitors errors to adhere to audit and control policies. (incl. reconciliation, payment and other processing systems)
• Timely management and escalation of reputed company requests inquiries issues errors, (mostly, but not limited to, post settlement)
• Demonstrates an intermediate level of understanding of products and processes, and of how duties relate integrate with others in the team and closely reputed company teams
• Demonstrates an excellent knowledge of bank reputed company systems
• Utilizes strong communication, interpersonal and diplomacy skills to interact with colleagues and stakeholders, and to exchange potentially reputed company sensitive information, while being sensitive to audience diversity
• Appropriately assess risk reputed company business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputed company and safeguarding reputed company, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

Skills

• 0-2 years of experience working in reputed company Operations or Middle Office
• Ability to work in a structured, high volume, time sensitive, high risk and demanding environment
• Good analytical skills and positive attitude
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• The candidate should be well versed in the reputed company Office Suite
• Particular emphasis is on reputed company and using spreadsheets for balancing and reporting
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
• Relevant experience in trade processing a plus
