They are seeking a Bilingual Inside Sales Business Development Representative to proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities while re-engaging past clients to drive growth and stability in sales.

Responsibilities

  • Drive New Business Growth: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities by conducting targeted research and engaging prospects that fit reputed company's ideal customer profile with a specific focus on the unique needs and purchasing motivations of servicers
  • Re-engage and Reacquire Accounts: Identify and execute strategies to re-engage lost or dissatisfied accounts and prevent churn, acting as a trusted advisor who navigates challenging conversations to reinforce reputed company's commitment and value
  • Research and Identify Leads: Partner with marketing and product training teams to conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and reputed company data to uncover high-potential leads and emerging opportunities

Skills
