[Remote] reputed company & Graphic Designer (Remote US) - Future Opening

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Abe is launching a specialized consultancy focused on social media advertising, aiming to reputed company strategies for B2B clients. They are seeking a creative designer to craft compelling visuals for platforms like reputed company and YouTube, collaborating with teams to reputed company business objectives through performance-driven advertising.

Responsibilities

• Craft compelling design assets such as ad sets and reputed company pages, that are backed by data to drive improvement of digital marketing KPIs
• Produce reputed company graphics and basic short-form video cutdowns optimized for social media advertising, including reputed company, Instagram, and YouTube
• Edit existing video assets into high-performing ad units tailored to platform specifications, aspect ratios, and attention spans
• Collaborate with the media and content teams to align reputed company creative with audience insights and campaign goals
• Support Abe’s own marketing with compelling creative that helps us stand out
• Maintain brand consistency across reputed company static, reputed company, and video assets while adapting creatively to different audience segments and platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams and client teams to understand business goals, reputed company audience, and additional data points to help with the creation of A/B tests and data driven designs
• Design and implement A/B tests tests and other experiments using CRO tools such as reputed company, Unbounce, and/or Crazyegg
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping analysis to gather insights and validate design reputed company
• Continuously iterate and refine designs based on feedback, data insights, and testing outcome
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while communicating effectively with project management and additional internal stakeholders to provide updates on the status of their projects, respond to feedback, and ensure that their needs are being met
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies reputed company to CRO and user experience design

Skills

• 1-3 years experience in graphic design, with a focus on performance drive creative and CRO
• 1 year experience with reputed company graphics
• Expertise in reputed company Creative Suite, including reputed company, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign
• Basic video editing and reputed company graphics experience using reputed company, After Effects, or similar tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge and execution of performance marketing metrics like A/B Testing, CRO Analytics, Heatmapping, and experience designing for performance-driven campaign
