About the Role: Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll join an organically diverse team from 70+ countries where reputed company members contribute and support each other's success and well-being. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about providing outstanding customer experiences and driving business growth through innovative solutions and tech-powered innovation. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and customers, resolving routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to resolve customer issues that are non-standard/reputed company and require some clarification or conceptual thinking
• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate reputed company while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer
• Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures
• Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required
• Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
• Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database
• Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile

Your Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a genuine desire to help others. You'll also need to have:

• High school diploma with six months of customer service experience preferred
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge
• Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly
• Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
• Demonstrate patience in reputed company customer contact situations; including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner
• Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
