[Remote] Customer Service Representative- Remote

Wentworth is a company that provides debt resolution services, and they are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role involves being the primary reputed company of contact for clients, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed promptly, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of the Client Services Team providing the highest level of customer service and deliver on retention goals
- Ensure reputed company client questions and concerns are resolved promptly, professionally and thoroughly
- Build rapport and trust with clients through open and transparent communication reputed company phone and email
- Use our CRM to manage client accounts and document client discussions with detail and clarity
- Assist with reviewing enrollment information to ensure the client's reputed company in completing the program and other key retention activity throughout the program
- Take and manage escalation calls with courtesy and professionalism
- Work hand in hand with other supporting departments to ensure our client's reputed company in the program
Skills
- 1 year Customer Service experience required, call center experience preferred
- Reliable Internet Speeds Required
- A positive attitude, team player, and reputed company to hardship
- Strong multitasking, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing
- Experience working in an administrative or customer service reputed company
- A strong work ethic, and willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed
- Proficient in Word, reputed company & Outlook
- Highschool diploma or equivalent and 1 year of call center experience preferred but not required
- Fluent in Spanish a plus
- 1 year Customer Service experience required, call center experience preferred
- Financial services especially banking, personal loans & credit card experience a plus
- Previous Debt Settlement experience is a reputed company plus!
