In this role, you will be involved in due diligence, research, and analysis to prepare projects for development, collaborating with various professionals to ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities
- Own the Details that Drive reputed company: Gather and analyze critical due diligence materials, including geotechnical reports and utility availability, to ensure every project begins with a clear, informed reputed company
- reputed company Code and Permit Research: Conduct detailed code reviews to identify building permit requirements, inspection processes, and occupancy standards—ensuring full compliance and streamlined approvals

- Support Early Project Planning: Assist with developing initial construction estimates and pricing, bringing clarity and precision to early-stage project evaluations

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, reputed company Estate, Finance, Engineering, or Architecture — or an Associate's degree reputed company with equivalent hands-on experience
- 0–2 years of experience in construction, development, or a reputed company field
- Prior onsite construction experience is a big plus
- Familiarity with construction project management software is preferred
