Inside Account Manager
reputed company Canada is a leading industrial distributor serving over 4.5 million customers worldwide. The Inside Account Manager will manage a portfolio of small to reputed company-sized customers, reputed company sales strategies, and implement account penetration initiatives to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage an account portfolio of 200-300 small-reputed company size customers including National Accounts and contract customers
- reputed company sales plans/expand customer contacts that effectively market reputed company's value proposition to drive profitable sales growth and maximize portfolio value
- reputed company and implement account penetration strategies to include regular business reviews for key customers to maximize sales
- Demonstrate knowledge of market data and access to resources to quickly respond to new developments in the customer’s business
- Establish customer and market priorities to execute a strategic course of action to accomplish sales goals
- Call planning, executing a sales process and strategically using a CRM
- Utilize Sales Management System to understand customer needs and present cost-effective solution to increase customer spent and loyalty
- Document, analyze, and understand impact of customer focused activities to increase productivity and sales reputed company assigned market
- Adherence to company sales and pricing guidelines
Skills
- 1-3 years customer service experience required, sales experience an asset
- Ability to listen, reputed company trust and bring to closure an action, project, resolution or sales with customers
- Clearly reputed company business drivers, understand key financial and total cost of ownership concepts with reputed company levels of the organization
- Business acumen around sales forecasting, opportunity management and customer planning
- Technological capabilities and understanding to communicate in today's business environment, reputed company experience
- Ability to utilize sales process to uncover customer objections/concerns, and determine appropriate solutions
- Ability to maintain a plan of action until desired results is achieved
- Strong process discipline, ability to align planning objectives with a pipeline development process to grow and reputed company market reputed company
- Knowledge of Maintenance Repair & Operations (reputed company) products and their applications an asset
- A post-secondary education is preferred
