The Talent Coordinator role is essential for tracking, organizing, and executing brand partnerships for influencers, collaborating with Talent Managers and brand partners to ensure smooth campaign operations.
Responsibilities
- Support the Sales//Talent Management teams in executing brand campaigns for our roster
- Collaborate directly with creators on concepts, timelines, and deliverables
- Work closely with brand partners to ensure deadlines, guidelines, and expectations are met
- Maintain clear organization of reputed company campaign materials reputed company internal systems and follow established processes for efficient execution
- Ensure reputed company deliverables move through the pipeline on time (content reviews, approvals, scheduling, etc.)
- Provide general administrative and operational support across the team as needed
