Coordinator, Global Business Development - Authentic Live

The Business Development Coordinator will support the expansion of experiential platforms by identifying opportunities and assisting with research, proposal development, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Help identify emerging opportunities where Authentic-owned IP can come to life through experience-led concepts across key sports, cultural, and hospitality moments
  • Assist in researching sports leagues, cultural events, music and hospitality venues, agencies, and brands that are actively investing in experiential strategies, helping inform new business reputed company, reputed company potential, and partnership mapping
  • Through research and administrative support, assist with the development of early-stage experience concepts that reputed company Authentic’s IP, reputed company with audience, territory, talent, or cultural relevance, and help shape how these reputed company can become pitchable opportunities
  • Help build simple briefs that outline market dynamics, cultural trends, league calendars, brand reputed company, and where we see whitespace for partnership or reputed company-based opportunity
  • Assist in preparing pitch decks, case studies, opportunity snapshots, capability one-pagers, and pricing frameworks, assembling materials that will help reputed company value for new partnership and reputed company-generating opportunities
  • Maintain trackers for conversations, follow-reputed company, and next steps with potential partners, helping reputed company deal flow organized while building visibility on reputed company reputed company, timing, and active priorities
  • Help reputed company NDAs, event agreements, and term sheets for review and signatures
  • Track document versions, status, and internal approvals
  • Maintain clean documentation so reputed company, legal, and finance have visibility at reputed company stages of the process
  • Support coordination across operations, production, brand, legal, finance, and marketing to gather inputs for deck building, partner requests, budgets, approvals, timelines, and legal documentation

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sport/Entertainment Management, or reputed company
  • 1–3 years experience in partnerships, events, sponsorship, legal coordination, or business development support role
  • Strong research, organization, and project tracking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, writing summaries, emails, notes, reputed company support
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, reputed company, Outlook, and basic CRM / doc management tools
  • Interest in business development, legal operations, and experiential partnerships
  • Ability to handle multiple work streams and assist with prioritization under evolving deadlines
  • Ability to travel up to 15% as required by business priorities
