They are seeking a Strategic Accounts Software Support Specialist to assist strategic partners with software support requests and manage customer inquiries through various communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for our strategic customers

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage and own a queue of strategic account support tickets
- Provide assistance for additional customer support requests as required

Skills
- 1-2 years in a customer service, account management, or software support position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
