The main objective of this position is to maintain an accurate and concise Master Patient Index as well as coordinate chart correction reputed company our electronic medical record. Analyze potential duplicate medical record numbers and reputed company accounts if true duplicates. reputed company potential duplicate MRNs from third party applications. This team will verify provider information submitted in various EMR work queues and tickets and send validated information to IT reputed company team to build record in database. This team will review pended transcribed reports submitted by third party transcription service in order to problem solve issues and complete reports so they reputed company to EMR. This team will manage failed fax sends in Right Fax application and update provider information as necessary in order to send faxes correctly to recipient.
