[Remote] B2B SaaS Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring reputed company product reputed company enhance user experience and solve reputed company customer pain points
• Work closely with UX designers to research, prototype, and validate solutions before implementation

Skills

• Experience in subscription-based business models
• Strong background in customer research, product discovery, and problem validation
• Proven ability in managing competing priorities, and driving execution
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment with backlog management tools like Jira and Confluence
• Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering and UX discussions with designers, bridging business needs with practical solutions
• Strong understanding of business metrics, analytics, and reporting tools to drive data-informed reputed company
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a reputed company field
• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Product Management (PDMA, CSPO, SAFe, Pragmatic Institute, etc.) are a plus
• Experience in B2B SaaS or Compliance/Risk Management software
• Exposure to machine learning, AI-driven insights, or automation in product development
