Job Overview

In this role, you will provide critical telephone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process new patient medication orders and reorders, including verifying and revifying benefits.
• Assist patients with translating and entering new or refill prescriptions into our pharmacy information system.
• Communicate and collect copay amounts, obtain authorizations, and work with insurance companies, reputed company providers, and internal teams to screen, identify, resolve, and defer orders with accounts receivable or clinical issues.
• Utilize superb communication skills to interact effectively with insurance companies, patients, and internal partners, ensuring the timely processing of specialty medications and meeting financial and clinical expectations prior to fulfillment.

Essential Qualifications

• One year of experience in a customer service role, handling and resolving a high volume of reputed company customer needs over the phone.
