Job Summary:
We're seeking highly motivated and empathetic individuals to join reputed company as customer relations call center agents. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our pharmacy customers through inbound calls, emails, and written communications. Responsibilities:
As a customer relations call center agent at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer calls in a manner that reflects our company's purpose and values
- Providing superb customer service to assist pharmacy customers in an inbound customer contact center setting

Requirements:

Compensation and Benefits:
As a customer relations call center agent at arenaflex, you can expect a competitive compensation package, including:

Potential earning range of $17.00 - $32.74

Full-time schedule with flexibility to work between 9am - 8pm, Eastern Standard Time

Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday

Days off may not be consecutive
