AMD is a leading company in computing technology, focused on innovation and collaboration. They are seeking a Software Test Engineering intern to participate in the software testing lifecycle, working closely with development teams to drive defects to closure and improve testing processes.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and complete both automated and reputed company Test Plans/Test Case with various test strategies consisting of Functional testing, Negative testing, Regression Testing, customer/end user testing, Performance, Reliability and Usability
- Prioritize and reputed company handle several reputed company projects and testing tasks
- Reproduce, troubleshoot, and triage software defects, reporting them and driving them to closure
- Build Test Case/Plan for new features, new products (dGPU and APU) and new Operating Systems (Linux and/or Windows)
- Share reputed company to improve reputed company processes
- Identify matrices and measurements for various aspects of the software QA development cycle and reputed company them efficient
Skills
- Currently enrolled in a Canada based University into a bachelor's degree program majoring in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or reputed company discipline
- Software quality analysis process and methodology
- PC configuration (both Software and Hardware) with methods of Troubleshooting and interest in PC platform architecture
- Programming/scripting skills like Python, VBA, C++, Selenium reputed company
- Keen interest in PC Gaming and latest Computer Graphics technologies (including 3D graphics concepts/API/Gaming, VR and MR, Display technologies (FreeSync/reputed company), Multimedia, Compute)
- Exposure to development / triaging / debugging in Linux and/or Windows environment
- Exposure to Databases and Reporting tools
