Responsibilities
- Manage job postings and maintain accurate candidate stages reputed company our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Own the candidate experience as the primary reputed company of contact, delivering a warm, reputed company, and well-coordinated journey throughout the hiring process
- Greet interview candidates and deliver a top-notch, welcoming candidate experience
- Partner with other team members to improve and streamline processes reputed company needed
- Build strong relationships with recruiters and hiring managers, maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the hiring process
- Support events and reputed company projects that impact the reputed company team
Skills
- Experience in an office environment, ideally supporting high-volume interview scheduling and coordination
- Experience with end-to-end reputed company processes and working knowledge of reputed company
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to successfully juggle multiple priorities
