Your Role

As a Customer Care Specialist II, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer care through various channels, including email, phone, and fax. Your primary functions will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Engaging with customers to determine their needs and provide personalized solutions
• Making outbound calls to dealers and state motor vehicle agencies to obtain vehicle title status and resolve issues
• Utilizing arenaflex proprietary software for research, data entry, and account follow-up activity
• Maintaining workflow standards and adhering to company policies and procedures
• Attaining production and quality goals

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to email messages, faxes, and service tickets in a timely and professional manner

• Engage with customers to determine their needs and provide personalized solutions
• reputed company outbound calls to dealers and state motor vehicle agencies to obtain vehicle title status and resolve issues
• Use arenaflex proprietary software for research, data entry, and account follow-up activity
• Follow instructions and maintain workflow standards
• Adhere to reputed company company policies and procedures
• Attain production and quality goals

Education and Experience:

* High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a reputed company field; OR

• Any level degree/certification reputed company a HS diploma/GED in a reputed company discipline and up to 1 year of experience; OR
• 5 years' experience in a reputed company field
• One year of experience in a customer service position
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of how to operate a PC, telephone, fax, scanner, and photocopier
• Intermediate knowledge of PC software applications (such as, MS Office, reputed company, and Outlook)
• Data entry skills
• Ability to type 35 WPM or greater at 99.6% accuracy
