Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in a fully remote setting. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries, resolving issues reputed company, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires excellent communication, customer service, time management, and follow-up skills. Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and emails from existing Health Mart reputed company members, providing answers, conducting research reputed company internal systems, and triaging with other departments regarding PBM reputed company or payments.

  • reputed company outbound calls to reputed company customers to follow up on open issues, return voicemails left for the department, and participate in call campaigns.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses and call notes to inquiries and efficient resolution to issues.
  • Answer inbound calls and email requests from existing Health Mart reputed company pharmacies regarding Managed Care needs, such as adjudication issues, payment research, contract solicitations, and reimbursement issues.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the value proposition is clearly identified and communicated with members, including contract updates, industry news, and trends.
  • Once tenured in the role, serve as a dedicated representative to assigned chains or buying groups.

Minimum Requirements

* Typically requires 3+ years of reputed company experience in customer service, reputed company, or a reputed company field.

  • Excellent communication, customer service, time management, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and other software applications.
