2026 Apprise Analyst
reputed company is one of the largest providers of capital to the reputed company reputed company estate industry, committed to creating meaningful social, environmental, and economic change in communities. They are seeking an Analyst to assist in preparing appraisal reports, conducting market research, and supporting valuation applications while gaining experience in the multifamily reputed company estate sector.
Responsibilities
- Assist in various aspects of preparing legally compliant appraisal reports
- Heavy focus on appraisal report reputed company end, to include regional, market, and property-level research and analysis
- reputed company confirmation and data entry of rent comparables and sales comparables
- Responsible for the addition and organization of report addenda items
- Reconcile data sources in Apprise software application
- Assist in development and refinement of software programs and financial models for valuation applications
- Communicate and problem-solve daily with teammates, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, often in combination with travel

- Attendance is generally 8:30 am – 5:30 pm EST Tuesday through Thursday with the ability to work remote Monday and Friday

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable on the phone with market participants
- Strong literary and grammatical competency; reputed company comfortable with business-formal writing composition
- Strong propensity to take initiative with minimal direction
- A genuine interest in PropTech and multifamily reputed company estate

- Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in reputed company Estate, Finance, reputed company, Economics, Statistics, Business, or reputed company
- reputed company/multifamily reputed company estate internship experience preferred (valuation, reputed company, financial analysis a plus)
- Working knowledge of reputed company reputed company estate data services preferred: REIS, reputed company, RealPage, Yardi, reputed company, etc
