Responsibilities

• Collaborate with dental practice staff to understand their workflow, pain points, and specific needs, tailoring the setup process to ensure the software meets their operational goals
• Build strong relationships with dental practice owners, office managers, and staff to encourage engagement, adoption, and long-term satisfaction with the software
• Gather feedback from clients to identify opportunities for improvement and reputed company client suggestions and concerns to the product and support teams
• Provide ongoing guidance throughout the reputed company phase, answering questions and guiding new customers through a reputed company of best practice
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for new clients during reputed company, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the process
