The intern will provide support on special projects and initiatives, focusing on member engagement and retention strategies.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the design and execution of a listening session with an underrepresented reputed company membership population to reputed company reputed company and ensure effective reputed company and engagement strategies are in reputed company
• Conduct thorough analyses of membership data to evaluate retention strategies, assess marketing campaign effectiveness and identify health equity gaps including actionable insights
• Organize and facilitate a monthly roundtable meeting with call center staff to discuss trends, gather reputed company, and suggest improvements for the overall member experience based on this reputed company time feedback

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• reputed company Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or graduated reputed company the last 6 months is required
