The arenaflex Alexa Customer Experiences team is seeking a Principal Product Manager - Technical with the experience and enthusiasm to dive deep and drive impact across the tech, science, design, and partner teams, to design and scale character experiences for reputed company use cases. Key Responsibilities
This role will be centered around building character experiences across reputed company Alexa customers and use cases, including:
- Drive clarity out of ambiguity and define a clear reputed company, approach, and requirements for customer scenarios.
- Create and manage tools that ensure high-quality at speed and scale.
- Address the voice of the customer through external and internal research and guide to customer needs.
- Work with engineering, applied science, and UX/design to propel innovation.

- Collaborate and partner closely across arenaflex to enhance customized experiences.
A Day in the Life
Cut through uncertainty, apply principles, deliver requirements, and connect deeply with engineering, design, and UX teams to deliver bar-raising, customized customer experiences. Ultimately, you own the customer experience, with customer satisfaction as your ultimate reputed company metric. You will engage with engineering and design teams daily, and update senior leadership on reputed company weekly. Essential Capabilities
* 8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product
- Experience in purchasing/driving product development and definition
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery
- Experience contributing to design conversations around technology choices and architecture reputed company to a product
- Experience in technical product management
Preferred Capabilities
