Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team on a full-time or part-time basis. As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and reputed company of our company's databases. You'll work closely with our employees and clients to collect information, identify errors, and ensure that our data is up-to-date and secure.
Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients.
- Scanning through information to identify pertinent information and correcting errors in a timely and accurate manner.
- Organizing information in a way that optimizes swift and accurate capturing, and creating accurate spreadsheets.
- Entering and updating information into relevant databases, ensuring data is backed up and secure.
- Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered and storing hard copies of data in an organized manner for easy retrieval.
- Handling additional duties from time to time, as needed.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field, such as data entry, administrative assistance, or customer service.
- A good command of English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent knowledge of reputed company Office Word and reputed company, with the ability to create accurate spreadsheets and documents.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and clients.
