Responsibilities
As a Part-time Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to customer queries
- Providing product and service information to customers, ensuring that they have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
- Scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and client review

Qualifications
To be successful as a Part-time Customer Experience Representative, you will need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, is preferred
- The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
- A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and results-driven performance
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to:
- Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
- Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
- Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
- Demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Show a strong ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment
- Gaming experience is preferred, although not required
