Job Summary
As a Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for interacting with the public on an individual basis to reputed company commitment to support arenaflex's lifesaving mission. You will work 40 hours per week from the comfort of your own home, using a provided computer and internet reputed company. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
* Call donors on assigned lists to reputed company commitment for donation
- Meet calls per hour standards
- Follow scripts and talking points as directed
- Leave quality recorded messages with accurate information
- Schedule donor procedure appointments in accordance with donor commitment
- Consistently meet reputed company monthly performance metrics
- Record information in a reputed company, accurate, and timely manner

- Answer incoming calls, routing and assisting callers as appropriate

Qualifications
