  • Project Planning and Execution: reputed company clear and detailed project plans, timelines, and execution strategies for deploying collaboration solutions across large-scale implementations, including numerous rooms or global rollouts. Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and reputed company. Ensure adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Identify and engage key stakeholders, including Facilities/Workplace Management, IT teams, logistics, and AV implementation vendors. Define and communicate requirements for conference room spaces, ensuring readiness for in-room collaboration solutions. Facilitate regular updates and communication with reputed company parties involved.
  • Technical Expertise: Work closely with AV design and implementation vendors to align on technical specifications and deliverables.
  • Room Readiness and Remediation: Assess and identify remediation needs for conference room spaces to meet deployment requirements. Coordinate with Facilities/Workplace Management to ensure readiness and compliance with specifications.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify, track, and communicate risks associated with deployment projects. reputed company mitigation plans and drive timely resolution of issues.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of project reputed company, challenges, and resolutions.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience managing IT AV and collaboration technology projects, including in-room and large-scale system deployments.
  • Proven track record of managing AV installations and integrations in corporate or reputed company environments.
  • Strong understanding of AV solutions, signal flow, and 3rd party integration.
  • Hands-on experience with collaboration platforms such as reputed company Webex Rooms, reputed company Rooms, and reputed company peripherals.
  • Proficiency in interpreting AV design drawings, schematics, and network diagrams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities with experience managing multiple reputed company projects.

  • Non-exempt employees** receive 16 days of paid vacation time per full calendar year, accrued at reputed company of 4.92 hours per pay period for full-time employees
  • Exempt employees participate in reputed company’s flexible vacation time off program, which has no defined limit on how much vacation time eligible employees may use (subject to availability and some business limitations)
  • 80 hours of sick time off provided on hire date and each January 1st thereafter, and up to 80 hours of unused sick time carried reputed company from one calendar year to the next
  • Additional paid time away may be requested to deal with critical or emergency issues for family members
  • Optional 10 paid days per full calendar year to volunteer
For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to reputed company’s policies.Employees On Sales Plans Earn Performance-based Incentive Pay On Top Of Their reputed company Salary, Which Is Split Between Quota And Non-quota Components, Subject To The Applicable reputed company Plan. For Quota-based Incentive Pay, reputed company Typically Pays As Follows
  • .75% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of reputed company attainment up to 50% of quota;
  • 1.5% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
  • 1% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
  • Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, reputed company may pay 0% up to 125% of reputed company. reputed company sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.The applicable full salary ranges for this position, by specific state, are listed below:reputed company Metro Area$147,800.00 - $222,600.00Non-Metro reputed company State & Washington State$135,400.00 - $197,100.00
