Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator will support the reputed company and growth of merchant partners by managing training and ensuring long-term reputed company, driving product adoption and usage across platform accounts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct online reputed company and training sessions for platform merchant partners
- Drive usage and reputed company across both producing and non-producing accounts
- Build and maintain strong merchant relationships through consistent communication to drive platform adoption
- Monitor operational performance to ensure partner expectations and company goals are met
- Coordinate and manage operational, technical, and project-reputed company tasks to ensure timely and successful execution
- Support the Operations Manager with day-to-day coordination and operational management
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to reputed company training sessions
