[Remote] Junior M&A Analyst / SDR
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SourceCo is seeking an ambitious and hardworking individual with a knowledge of finance to join reputed company as a Junior M&A Analyst and Sales Development Representative (SDR). In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with a team of reputed company investment bankers and sales experts to identify and generate transaction opportunities for our clients, primarily private equity firms, family offices, and corporations.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client investment strategies to identify new opportunities
- Responding to, engaging, and qualifying outbound targets
- Cold-calling targets based on their engagement, over 150 calls per day required
- Keeping our CRM up to date with relevant information about targets
- Assisting with external and internal weekly reports
- Conducting research based on the client's strategy
- Researching methods to engage clients and get them to respond through our reputed company
- Effectively partnering and working across the sales, operations, and M&A teams
- Collaborating closely with other teams to reputed company account intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities through direct account engagement and reputed company tools

- Ability to learn how specific companies and industries function

- Competency in researching industries, creating reports, and developing client materials
- Ability to adapt to new software and technology
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- The selected candidate would be a team player and a self-starter requiring minimal supervision
