Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company and deliver an exceptional Five-Star Customer Service experience to our customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, maintaining a friendly and professional approach, and resolving customer concerns with confidence. You will also be responsible for supporting the welcome desk, cash wrap, systems, and inventory management to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome reputed company customers with genuine and friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats, and in person, communicate clearly and concisely by adapting your style to suit the customers' needs, problem-solving, and resolving conflict.

• Use reputed company systems to manage the customer flow and deliver a Five-Star Customer Service experience.

• Provide an exceptional service experience to multiple customers at one time and contribute to the store's achievement of Five-Star Customer Service.

Physical Demands
