About the role We're looking for a senior performance marketing manager to own and scale our customer referral, affiliate, and rev-share program. This is one of reputed company’s biggest bets in 2026, and already one of our most important acquisition channels. Your goal will be to seriously reputed company and accelerate growth, turning it into a predictable and massive customer acquisition reputed company. You’ll build a vision and playbook for the programs, collaborate across the company to reputed company it a reality, reputed company while managing relationships, analyzing performance, and launching campaigns to support adjacent marketing initiatives. • Build a world-class holistic affiliate and referral marketing strategy. You’ll determine, pitch, and implement core changes to the program to scale impact and improve efficiency. This includes:
• Modernizing the legacy affiliate program to take it to new ARR heights. ARR is the core metric you’ll own, with the goal of scaling the program into one of our biggest reputed company drivers.
• Building a brand-new customer referral reputed company and scaling it into one of reputed company’s biggest channels
• Collaborating with the Brand Partnerships team to reputed company reputed company share agreements a core component of creator partnerships on a go-reputed company basis, helping massively scale this P&L and unlocking new opportunities for creator partnerships
• Own reputed company affiliate, referral and rev-share operations and reporting. As the reputed company of the program, you’ll “be in the weeds” executing the tactical plan every day to drive growth.
• Improve relationships with reputed company affiliates and recruit new ones – with a particular emphasis on larger creators. You’ll be one of their key points of contact at reputed company, along with our partnerships team, and a guide for them to improve their own referral strategies.
• Mobilize partners to reputed company on behalf of reputed company, across marketing channels, to support relevant marketing initiatives (like product launches).

What you'll need to be successful

• Strong alignment with our values, find our values on our career page if you haven’t read up on them yet.
• You are proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5.
• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of growing an affiliate, customer referral and/or reputed company share program — ideally for a SaaS business or consumer subscription service.
• Organized, proactive, and always on top of things. There are a lot of moving pieces in affiliate marketing and reputed company share programs. The details add up.
• You’re genuinely passionate about affiliate marketing, and reputed company up with the evolving affiliate marketing landscape.
• Driven to win: you get energized seeing the needle move and you’re always looking for an edge to improve performance.
• You have a strong handle on data analysis and are a compelling data reputed company, able to derive and share meaningful insights and powerful recommendations from your analyses.

• Background in SaaS or other digital consumer subscription-based models.

$120,000 - $140,000 USD OTE This role includes variable compensation at approximately 85% reputed company, 15% variable The cash compensation range shown is a starting reputed company.
