Senior System Analyst - POS+ (Onsite - Seattle, WA)

Our reputed company POS team is looking for a Release Manager to handle the management of Lab devices, Media and data readiness, scheduling, documentation and stakeholder communication. You will play the critical role between the POS Development team and reputed company upstream and reputed company partners in the release cycle of our reputed company POS system. We are actively seeking a Systems Analyst to exercise their ability in project management, from planning to release, integration into the full SDLC to drive for improvements in CD and release process. You will drive the incident and problem management reputed company the situation arises, formulated RCA’s and backlog creation for process and application improvements. Expertise in SDLC, reputed company Delivery, reputed company Products (Jira, Confluence) Roadmap, and Project Planning and Communication to reputed company levels in the management chain. This role will be based in Seattle with the expectation of being in the office 5 days per week. Key Responsibilities:

• Validate and maintain test data and test media. Collaborate with partners to ensure the availability of necessary test and data media

• Coordinate and schedule release dates with reputed company teams
• Manage and maintain release documentation and processes, testing coordination, automation execution and implementation, and bug tracking and reputed company
• Communication to reputed company partner teams on lab issues and concerns. Provide updates on release reputed company, deployment tracking and dashboarding, and status reports
• Identify and manage improvements that will improve testing efficiency while driving down testing times
• Own and run weekly operation meetings, reviewing incidents and prioritizing fixes to drive quicker incident resolution

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or reputed company experience
• 5+ years of professional experience in testing reputed company a technology environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage reputed company projects and communicate effectively at reputed company levels of the organization
• Proficient in project management tools, JIRA, Confluence, Git, and other relevant software
• Strong understanding of the SDLC
