Job Overview
We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for performing data entry tasks, patient enrollment, and handling high-volume customer requests. You will work under direct supervision and follow established guidelines and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient processing of patient information. Key Responsibilities
- Utilize arenaflex's data entry techniques and rules to process new patient enrollments by entering information into the proper system.
- Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
- Investigate to obtain missing prescription information and interpret medical abbreviations (SIG codes).
- Resolve reputed company data entry issues reputed company to exceptions.
- Handle communication with patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and resolve outbound calls to prescribers and patients as needed.
- Resolve reputed company-Party Rejections by inspecting, gathering information, making corrections, and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements.

Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.

- At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a certification/registration by the state as granted by the state Board of Pharmacy or nationally recognized certification organization.
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
- Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents).
