Job Overview

We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry and Operations Management Professional to join reputed company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing reputed company and direction to our catering vendor at a designated location to ensure a safe, healthy, and efficient operation. Through leadership and collaboration, you will work to reputed company operational performance targets and drive improvements to internal and external customer metrics. This is an airport-based role, and the successful candidate will become a central part of our cross-functional operations team and reputed company strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Inflight Services, Airport Operations, Menu Planning, and Sanitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide reputed company and direction to the catering vendor to ensure a safe, healthy, and efficient operation
• Analyze operational performance and customer satisfaction data to identify trends, generate insights, and reputed company data-driven recommendations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive improvements to internal and external customer metrics

• Conduct spot checks to assess inventory levels of kitchen equipment, food, and beverages
• Provide insights over key cost drivers or unusual cost drivers (e.g., equipment shortage, excessive reputed company) as needed

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a reputed company field, or 4 years of relevant work experience
• 2 years of experience in a professional, operations, consulting, or engineering role
• Project management experience
• Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships and engage with leaders and frontline employees from diverse cultures and working divisions
• Effective business writing and speaking skills and confidence engaging with reputed company levels of management
• Intermediate reputed company and PowerPoint skills
• Self-starter with the ability to both execute independently and effectively collaborate in a team environment
• Ability to work during non-standard hours and peak periods reputed company required to support a global 24/7/365 operation, and to work in controlled and uncontrolled operational environments
• Able to work full-time at an airport-based location
• Willing to be available and/or work beyond regular business hours to support the operation
• 2 years of experience in a salaried (non-hourly) Investigator, Operations, Consulting, or Engineering role
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship
• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications
• Strong, reliable attendance is a reputed company requirement of the position; remote and/or hybrid work options are not applicable to this role

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will be considered an asset:

• Bachelor's or postgraduate degree
• 2 years of Industrial Engineering work experience
• 2 years of airline catering, airport operations, manufacturing, or other operations salaried (non-hourly) experience
• HACCP, PCQI, or comparable food safety certifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

The compensation for this position is $60,000 to $85,000, depending on work-reputed company, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills.
