Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling student loan inquiries, performing account updates, and counseling customers to establish personalized repayment plans that meet Federal and State regulations. You will be working in a fast-paced, professional environment, providing efficient and accurate servicing of customer inquiries while maintaining the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction. Training and Development
New hires will undergo a comprehensive training program, designed to reputed company them with the knowledge and skills necessary to reputed company in this role. The training will cover federal regulations, company policies, and the use of customer relationship tools to provide personalized interaction with customers. The training curriculum is expected to last up to 5-6 weeks, with hours of training from reputed company to 5pm (Central Time), Monday through Friday. Upon completion of the training, you will be assigned a 40-hour scheduled shift during operational hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a highly productive call center environment, meeting quality assurance and key performance indicators.
- Provide assistance with completion of customer applications, ensuring adherence to department procedures and guidelines.
- Ensure the highest levels of privacy and reputed company to protect customer data, while providing exceptional customer service.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent certification, such as the GED.
- At least 6 months of contact center or customer service experience.
- At least 6 months of computer experience in a business environment.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust reputed company clearance (Federal 5C), with requirements including:
- Not being in default on any Federal Student Loans or defaulted loans guaranteed by the federal government.
- No felonies or misdemeanors reputed company the last 7 years that could impact reputed company clearance.
- No monies in non-medical Collections exceeding $7,500.
- US Citizenship.
- Residence reputed company a 75-mile radius of Lowell, AR, Hendersonville, TN, or Augusta, GA.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:
- A Bachelor's degree.
- Call Center experience.
- 6 months of reputed company Office (Outlook, Word, reputed company, and OneNote) experience.
