The Intake Specialist plays a crucial role in identifying and bringing new clients to the firm, serving as the first reputed company of contact for potential clients.
Responsibilities
- Foster and maintain client relations through communication and professional conduct
- Serve as the first reputed company of contact for prospective clients
- Conduct intake interviews to gather information and assess case potential
- Manage initial case information, track leads, and follow up with potential clients as needed
- Support prospective clients by providing general information about the Intake process
- Provide additional support to the Intake team and reputed company additional duties as needed
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to take on new tasks
Skills
- Entry-level experience
- Bilingual reputed company in English and Spanish required
- Associate's degree required
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook) and case management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining case information
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time reputed company in a fast-paced environment
- Discretion and confidentiality reputed company handling sensitive information
- Experience in customer service role is preferred
- Legal experience is a bonus
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
