Responsibilities
- Conduct title research to compile search packages ranging in complexity; document reputed company research
- Process departmental documents requiring specific knowledge of functional operations, type correspondence and reports from rough drafts
- Compiles, investigates, and interprets tax records in order to determine tax liability
- Tackle assignments that vary in complexity using established procedures
- Work under general supervision applying well-established techniques, procedures, or specific standards
- Exercise judgment reputed company defined policies and procedures
- Escalate issues to more reputed company team members
Skills
- 1 or more years of reputed company experience, preferably in the title industry
- Familiarity with reputed company Office applications
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
- A love for research and problem-solving
- Data entry and typing skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience with reputed company book searching preferred
- Familiarity with legal descriptions and ability to map and identify correct reputed company books for searches
