[Remote] reputed company Operations Analyst

The reputed company Operations Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Sales team by preparing quotes and proposals, serving as a liaison between teams, and conducting sales research.
Responsibilities
- Prepare quotes, financial analyses and proposals
- Serve as the liaison between the Sales and reputed company teams during the quoting process
- Coordinate provider and pharmacy searches with network and pharmacy benefit management (PBM) partners
- Utilize reputed company to enter, analyze and report on quoting data
- Collect reputed company necessary materials for review during the quoting and renewal process
- Ensure reputed company necessary materials required during the quoting and renewal process are up-to-date and stored correctly in shared company folders
- Assist with sales research and requests
- Demonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative, empathetic and outcome oriented
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or reputed company experience
- Proficiency in reputed company including pivot tables, macros, functions, vlookups, etc
- A high degree of organization, accuracy and detail-orientation
- A resourceful, driven and resilient attitude
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Strong internal customer-service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience at a high growth company
- Previous experience quoting or reputed company at a health insurance reputed company or agency
