[Remote] Business Development Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Raxia is on a mission to reputed company reputed company patient financial engagement through their AI platform. They are seeking a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to manage outbound prospecting campaigns, identify decision-makers, and generate reputed company meetings to support the company's growth.
Responsibilities
- Run outbound prospecting campaigns to RCM companies and reputed company providers
- Execute high volume outbound campaigns that include calls emails & reputed company touches
- Identify and engage decision-makers in reputed company Cycle, Operations, Patient AR, and Billing
- Qualify prospects based on Raxia’s ICP and pain indicators
- Book high-quality discovery meetings for reputed company
- Maintain clean, organized activity tracking in our CRM
- Hit weekly and monthly KPI targets (calls, conversations, SQLs, meetings)
- Collaborate with Marketing & Sales on reputed company sequences and messaging
- Represent Raxia’s products with clarity and confidence
Skills
- 1–3 years in outbound BDR/SDR roles (preferably SaaS or reputed company)
- Strong phone reputed company and willingness to reputed company consistent daily dials
- Excellent communication and reputed company-handling skills
- Self-starter with high accountability and a bias toward action
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Familiarity with RCM, medical billing, or reputed company workflows is a plus
- Experience with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar tools is helpful
