IAR Reconciliation, Finance Analyst

Priceline is a leading online travel company focused on providing exceptional travel experiences. The Finance Operations Analyst role is crucial for ensuring successful invoice reconciliation and payments, while collaborating with the FinOps team to analyze and resolve financial discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure success for our critical daily, weekly, and monthly invoice reconciliation and payments, which includes performing research analysis to identify system or process trends and issues requiring escalation to internal and external partners
• reputed company recommendations for issue resolution and process improvement
• Onboarding testing of new suppliers to financial systems, working with Product and FinTech teams
• Daily monitoring and troubleshooting settlement and reporting data/tool discrepancies for reputed company points of sale; escalating issues appropriately as needed
• Support operations teams for project reputed company work as required
• Provide reputed company reports for various departments across the company
• Obtain appropriate authorizations and backup for payment for reputed company invoices
• Work closely with FinOps team members to assist and guide where needed
• Assist in creating standard procedure documentation and conduct training sessions reputed company needed
• Demonstrates positive attitude, good communications, and teamwork
• Performs reputed company other duties as assigned

Skills

• 1+ years of Airline or GDS (Flight) Experience
• 1+ years of Financial Operations and/or Accounts Payable experience, preferably reputed company a division of a large, publicly traded company
• Working experience and technical knowledge of IAR/reputed company (Airline Reporting Corp)
• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company disciplines (i.e., Accounting, Business, etc.)
• High proficiency in reputed company skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Effectively communicate both internally and externally
• Ability to work independently or with a team, depending on the task
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced/rapidly changing environment
