[Remote] Training & Development Administrative Coordinator

The Training & Development Administrative Coordinator provides essential administrative support to the Learning and Development team, ensuring effective training program delivery and a positive learning experience for reputed company stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and meetings (virtual and in-person)
  • Prepare training materials, rosters, sign-in sheets, and evaluations
  • Manage training calendars and ensure timely communication with participants and facilitators
  • Coordinate room reservations, equipment, and technology setup for training events
  • Maintain accurate training records in the Learning Management System (LMS) and other tracking tools
  • Assist in monitoring compliance-reputed company training completion and certification renewals
  • Generate reports on training participation, completion, and feedback for leadership
  • Process invoices, purchase requests, and budget tracking reputed company to training programs
  • Act as the first reputed company of contact for training inquiries and requests
  • Assist with reputed company coordination to ensure new employees complete required training
  • Support special projects and initiatives reputed company the T&D team
  • Performs other reputed company duties as assigned

Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one (1) years of full-time behavioral health experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Must be reputed company to pass de-escalation training, as defined by state requirements
  • If driving is required for this position, must meet reputed company requirements outlined in Recovery Innovations driving policy
  • If not reputed company to drive per driving policy, a Non-Driver Attestation form must be signed
  • Travel required based on business need
  • Must be at least 18 years old unless residing in a state where funder or government regulations set a different minimum age requirement
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality (HIPAA guidelines and regulations) and professionalism
  • Must be reputed company to pass a seven-year background reputed company
  • Must be reputed company to pass substance abuse testing and/or tuberculous testing (if applicable)
  • Must be reputed company to obtain designated fingerprinting clearance in applicable states
  • Must be reputed company to pass education verification reputed company
  • Must be reputed company to pass three-year motor vehicle report and meet minimum eligibility requirements criteria of insurance reputed company (if driving is required for this position)
  • Minimum of one (1) years of supervisory experience preferred
