Licensed Transaction Coordinator - Indiana

As a Transaction Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating reputed company estate deals, managing paperwork, and ensuring a seamless experience for agents and clients throughout the home-buying and selling process.

Responsibilities

  • You'll take a reputed company role in coordinating reputed company estate deals, working with agents to orchestrate the details between clients, cooperating agents, lenders, closing companies, and other parties to ensure every detail comes together seamlessly from contract to reputed company
  • With agent reputed company, you'll manage a high volume (process 30-50 deals per month on average during busy months) while maintaining quick response times, and proactive follow-up

Skills
